Welcome Back! New Ideas
As the title suggests, welcome back nerds!
Yes, it has been quite some time since my last post. I was hit with a slump afterwords trying to think about new things to write about and what might make people want to read a nerd blog over wanting to read something like.. IGN, Kotaku, Gamespot etc.
While I have come up with some ideas, ultimately the whole situation is apples and oranges. This is a blog.. Not a hourly gaming news website. So, best I start treating it as such. Going forward there will be more personality in each post, and you'll learn more about my gaming habits and other nerdy topics such as Comics and Movies. Of course I would alway like to start a conversation with other readers and build a line of communication between myself and whoever is behind that screen of yours.
So allow this nerd to introduce himself..
Since as long as I have been making my own profiles on the internet I have always used the username "Cellmare". I have used this name since I was.. 12? Difficult to narrow down the exact age. You may be wondering "The fuck does 'Cellmare' mean?" Honestly, after roughly 12 years of using this screen name it makes me think that its slang for some kind of badass horse who has done some horrendous shit and was incarcerated for unspeakable crimes.
The actual answer is far less interesting.
When I was young and in elementary school I really enjoyed sinking many hours into Runescape much like many of my classmates.
An old friend of mine (whom I will not name, but if you someday ever read this, you'll know who you are) Created a Runescape character named "Cellmare" He explained to me that He wanted to make his name "Cellmate" however he accidentally hit "R" rather than "T".
Unnamed friend decided he was done with Runescape a few months later and gave me the account. I loved it so much that I used that username for everything.
Not even my creation! How dare I!
It's been.. 12ish years(?). Get over it.
Moving on, my first name? Brandon.

Alright, now that the first 5-10 minutes of our awkward internet date is over, let me tell you what to expect going forward if you plan to go steady with this blog.
Games. No shit.
However, not coverage. That's boring. I don't want to have to worry about having a broad library of games that I don't give a shit about so that you can read the opinion of a guy who never cared about your game of choice to begin with. That's not fair to you the reader, and a slight waste of time.
I want to write about things I love and things I am very excited about. Things like Destiny, Uncharted, Playstation in general. As well as DC. I am currently diving back into DC comics for the first time in months.
I will on occasion want to write about things that I hate. Such as, Metal Gear Survive, Most horror movies now a days, and Metal Gear Survive (Seriously.. Fuck MGSurvive)
Lately I have been reading a lot more, books and comics.
Playing a lot of games in my backlog as well as replaying older games that I have enjoyed. You can expect my thoughts on some upcoming games like Uncharted Lost Legacy and Destiny 2. As well as more personalized features on the site. You might even get some content about comics and novels. Perhaps movies? Who the hell knows. You can always let me know what type of stuff you want to see, and if it clicks, you will get it!
You now know me better than most people I interact with (Playstation network anonymous people).
